The minimum stay at Villa Annalaura is 7 days. The maximum stay is 28 days. The Villa is not booked for rooms but entirely.

The weekly rent is a fixed rate and can be shared by up to twelve people at a time. The maximum number of guests is 12 per any one time. Our booking system displays nightly rates and on our booking page you will find our availability calendar, check-in/-out times, photos and much more.

Being in the Mediterranean means that the weather varies significantly according to the time of year. This is why in Ischia we have a Low-Season, Mid-Season and High-Season and some activities and amenities are available only in certain seasons. The pool for example is open from May to October. Sea trips and swimming are possible in warmer months only. In colder months, from November to March, the island becomes more tranquil and activities such as cookery courses, wine tasting and nature walks are more popular. The close proximity and excellent connections to the mainland mean that you can also explore Naples with its incredible museums, galleries, botanical gardens, churches and shops.
